Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns of any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. Returns must be initiated within 14 working days of receiving the item.
We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the 14 day period mentioned above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the shipping costs.
Please refer to the returns form provided with your order. Ensure that this has been filled in with your order number, date and the items being returned along with the reasons behind this.

Unfortunately, at this moment in time our returns portal is inaccessible. Please follow the same guidelines for returns as provided above.
Please ensure you send us your proof of return via email (email@example.com) to speed up the return process as parcels from the US to the UK can take up to 3 weeks to arrive dependant on courier.
Processing of Returns.
Once we receive your return, we shall then proceed to send you your refund/store credit. Store Credit will not include any previous shipping costs.
Upon receipt it takes about 3-5 working days to process your return. All refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased during a sale, or at a discounted price point can only be returned for STORE CREDIT. This is non-negotiable. Upon purchasing you agree to these terms.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Exchanges can be facilitated by using a STORE CREDIT.
Our reasoning is simple. Our clothes are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
However, return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
To speed up this process, follow the return guidelines above and then simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, informing us of the items returned and that you wish for a store credit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
