These Stylish Celebs Slayed Coachella

The first weekend of Coachella has happened and it was one to remember. While the popular festival is meant for music, the fashion at Coachella is always on point.

Here are some of the most interesting looks that our favorite celebrities rocked over the weekend.

Rihanna

We all expect a lot from Rihanna, and she certainly didn't disappoint. The musician and make-up mogul went all out at Coachella, fully-decked out in Gucci F/W 2018.

Donning the distinctive Gucci balaclava, Rihanna gave a subtle shout-out to Cardi B in her Instagram caption. The singer referenced the song 'Drip,' where Cardi raps "I gotta stay outta Gucci, I'm finna run outta hangers." If anyone can pull off a Gucci balaclava it's Rihanna. We can only applaud her.

Beyonce

Beyoncé wore a number of looks for her show-stopping performance, and a couple of her looks were so unique and interesting we just loved them. The Grammy Award-winning superstar donned a custom-made Balmain black mesh sweatshirt with a crest referencing aspects of black culture and heritage.

The four-part design featured a black panther's head, the Ancient Egyptian queen Nefertiti, and a fist in 'black power salute'. The bee, a reference to Beyoncé's name and moniker as Queen B, made up the final panel. To cap it off, the crest was topped with the eye of Horus, another reference to Ancient Egypt, in a pyramid.

Beyoncé channelled the pharaohs once again for another look, also custom Balmain, wearing a dazzling costume inspired by Queen Nefertiti, and other Egyptian kings and queens. Once again, Beyoncé came to slay!

Cardi B

Cardi B continued her winning week with a killer Coachella set. After smashing Apple Music's streaming record, clocking in over 100m streams for her debut album 'Invasion of Privacy', the Bronx rapper performed at her first Coachella with a host of collaborators.

Donning all-white and channelling TLC's iconic 1996 Grammys outfit, Cardi B made sure it was a 'Boachella' to remember. We love Kehlani's outfit here too, wearing glitzy gold pants and a white bra top.

We are always here for festival fashion, and the stage looks add a whole new dimension to the performances.

We can't wait to see what people wear at the second weekend!
