Here we are three weeks into 2021, the free trial period has passed. 2021 seems to share a lot of similarities with its cousin, 2020. Before getting rapped up in the sameness, let's focus on the new new. You may have already given up on your January 1st resolutions, or you may still be going strong powered by optimism. Wherever you find yourself on the spectrum, we've got your back!
We more than anyone understand that it's difficult to stick to something for an entire year, it's a lot of pressure - but it doesn't have to be. Making goal setting fun, simple and realistic is the best way to secure a victory all year long. To make things easier for you, we put together a few tips to help you set intentional goals and actually follow through with them. We want you to feel proud of your accomplishments when ball drops again on January 1 2022.

KEEP IT REALISTIC AND SIMPLE. Don’t overextend yourself on something you know you can only keep up for 2 weeks with your hectic schedule. A goal doesn’t have to something you work on every day for 3 hours but maybe 3 times a week until you reach where you want to be.
WRITE IT DOWN! Listen manifestation is real! Writing it down makes your goal clearer defined, and, seeing it physically on paper can make your goal seem more real and attainable. This can give you a direct sense on what you need to focus on to achieve your goal.
CONSISTENCY is the key to getting results. Have a plan - set short term goals for long term results. It is also important to keep track of your consistency to ensure you’re moving closer to your goal.
DON'T FOLLOW TRENDS, SET THEM! Working out and cooking more often are always the top goals for the new year and that’s totally fine if that’s your actual goal but don’t set those goals out of peer pressure. Find wet really matters to you and set goals around what growth or interest you want to see in yourself.
HAVE FUN, TRY SOMETHING NEW! New year new you can be a thing! Try things you’ve always wanted to but were too hesitant to try before. Now is the time don’t let fear stop you from taking life-changing chances. As Nike says, Just Do It!
BE OPEN FOR CHANGE! This year more than ever we see things change unexpectedly. Don’t stress about it, if you need more time to reach your goals or if your goals change because your interests change that’s totally ok. What’s important is you!
Remember as always to be kind to yourself, drink your water and mind your business!
