Beyonce Donated This Gorgeous Ring To A London Museum

Beyoncé is no stranger to philanthropy. The Grammy Award winner often lends her hand to charitable and educational initiatives. After Coachella, Beyoncé boosted her efforts to help students pursue education, by launching a six figure scholarships fund for HBCU's and getting internet giants Google to match her pledge.

In her latest show of a commitment to education and the arts, the songstress donated a Papillon ring to London's Victoria and Albert (V&A) Museum. The ornate piece was designed by jewellers Glen Spiro in 2014, and was gifted to Beyoncé by Jay-Z.

The butterfly ring is made of diamond and titanium, and the wings even flutter when the wearer moves their hand! The ring is allegedly valued at $95,000.

In a statement, the V&A's jewelry curator Sarah Phillips said: “Beyoncé is a figure whose personal style the V&A is proud to represent, and a gift from whose personal collection we are honored to receive. The Papillon ring she has gifted is an exquisite example of contemporary jewelry design by one of Britain’s master jewelers.”

The ring will be open for the public to view from Friday. We just love Beyoncé's commitment to giving back!

Will you be heading to the V&A to see the ring in all its glory?
